We want people with disabilities to be able to explore Algo Set, manage their membership and get help. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, for the Algo Set website and member pages. A full accessibility assessment has not been completed, and we do not currently claim conformance with that standard.
Development checks in Chrome on macOS have covered selected keyboard journeys, named form controls, membership and cancellation links, and layouts at narrow and desktop widths. The site includes a skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus styles. These checks do not yet establish how every page works with screen readers, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Performance charts. Summary figures and chart descriptions are available as text, but the day-by-day values do not yet have a complete keyboard-accessible table. Contact support if you need help reading the record or would like the information in another format.
Purchase timing. Opening payment checkout starts a 30-minute place reservation. Refreshing does not extend it. We still need to complete an accessibility review of the time limit and checkout journey. If you expect to need assistance, contact us before opening checkout.
Sign-in and connected services. Testing with assistive technology is still needed for passkeys, recovery, and the signal board and Stripe checkout. Some steps use your device or another provider’s interface. Please report barriers there too so we can help with your Algo Set account.
Use our support form or email support@algoset.io. You do not need to sign in or have an active membership. Email is available if the form is difficult to use or unavailable.
Describe the page or task, what went wrong, and the format or assistance that would help. You may include your browser, device or assistive technology if useful. You do not need to share a diagnosis. Never send passwords, sign-in links, API keys or payment credentials.
We review accessibility reports to help resolve the immediate problem and guide improvements. You can also contact us for help with cancellation or recovery if you cannot use the account controls; sensitive changes still require account verification.
Interactive features such as forms and account management require JavaScript. Sign-in and passkeys also depend on your browser and device. This statement is available without JavaScript. We will update it as we complete further checks and address reported barriers.
