Choose the Set and plan, complete the application during purchase, verify your email and sign in, then review the agreements. Opening payment checkout starts a fixed 30-minute hold on an available place. Submitting or approving an application reserves nothing. Refreshing or retrying does not extend the deadline; after expiry, check availability again.
For Set {01}, the published choices are $149 monthly, $417 every three months, and $1,572 each year. Each plan is charged in advance for its term and automatically renews until canceled. The enabled hosted checkout shows the exact total, currency, plan, term, payment method, and any applicable tax before the customer authorizes payment.
Set {01} renews at the selected schedule: $149 each month, $417 every three months, or $1,572 each year, until canceled, subject to the price terms accepted for your purchase. Material renewal terms must be shown before payment, and Stripe requires express acceptance of the applicable terms.
Only historical purchases explicitly sold and accepted as nonrenewing prepaid terms end without an automatic renewal. Those purchases retain their accepted terms; converting them to recurring billing requires separate affirmative authorization. New quarterly and annual purchases renew automatically at the schedule and price shown above until canceled.
A saved next-term choice does not authorize a charge. When automatic term changes become available, you must separately authorize the exact Set, amount, charge date and subsequent renewal rule before a payment method is saved for that purpose. The new charge is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, with no mid-period change or proration. The selected monthly, three-month or annual billing schedule then repeats until canceled. You can revoke an unsubmitted scheduled charge from Membership & billing. Revoking that change does not automatically restore the old subscription’s renewal. Bank confirmation may still be required; a failed or pending payment does not extend paid access.
If a renewal payment or payment for a separately authorized billing-term change fails or requires bank confirmation, we reserve your Set place for 30 minutes from the first recorded failure and immediately queue an account email. Provider delivery can take longer. Repeated failures do not restart or extend this hold. The hold reserves capacity only: signal access ends at the original paid-through time and resumes only after verified payment activates the membership. Review the notice and Membership & billing or contact support@algoset.io. At the end of the hold, the reserved place is released; unresolved payment attempts must be reconciled before any further charge or activation. This recovery hold is separate from the initial 30-minute checkout reservation. It does not authorize a new amount, an additional charge or a different renewal rule. Ordinary cancellation has no partial or prorated refund, subject to mandatory rights. If we permanently retire your paid Set without an accepted replacement, we refund the entire current payment less any refund already made for that payment and stop future renewals.
After signing in, open My account → Membership & billing and use the management link for the provider used to buy that membership. It shows available cancellation, receipts and payment-method controls. If you cannot sign in or use the portal, contact support@algoset.io with your purchase reference. Cancellation does not require another purchase. Algo Set helps resolve service and refund requests; provider dispute rights remain available.
Canceling stops future renewal and leaves access available through the paid period, subject to the account and service terms. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for voluntary cancellation or unused time. A historical nonrenewing prepaid term ends without another charge unless you separately authorize a future payment. Mandatory refund rights and the terms accepted for your purchase remain in effect.
If Algo Set permanently retires your Set during a paid term and you do not accept a replacement, we will stop future renewals and refund the entire payment covering that current term, less any amount already refunded for that payment. This includes the entire current payment for a three- or twelve-month term; we do not prorate it by time used. We will provide a case reference and confirmation after the provider processes the refund. Earlier completed terms are not included. Mandatory rights and the terms already accepted for your purchase are preserved.
Nonuse, choosing not to trade or a trading loss does not by itself create a refund. Contact Algo Set support about missing service, a retired Set, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or a refund request. Required consumer rights, the terms accepted for your purchase and expressly offered remedies apply. Stopping renewal is separate from requesting a refund.
Access may pause or end after a final failed renewal, refund with termination, chargeback, reversal, fraud determination, or payment-provider restriction. Disputing a charge does not replace contacting support about cancellation or an account problem.
Hosted Stripe USDC appears only where enabled for that checkout. Never transfer funds to an address supplied in an unsolicited message. Wrong-network transfers, fees and irreversible public-chain records require particular care.
An approved demonstration provides 72 hours of access to its stated Set under the applicable demo conditions. The account page shows the exact end time in UTC. No payment is due and the demonstration does not convert into a paid subscription. A saved next-term preference is not permission to charge.
A paid opening is consumed only after final successful activation. The selected price continues only while that membership remains continuously active and paid; a later reactivation may use the then-current price and availability.
Creator commissions are paid under separate partnership terms and do not add a separate charge to your membership. A commission period is not a membership period. Any custom customer price, discount or membership length must match the Stripe checkout configuration and the commercial terms you accept. Renewal requires the authorization described at checkout; a creator agreement cannot provide it on your behalf. The cancellation, retirement and refund provisions in this notice apply to referred customers as well.
