Risk disclosureAccuracy is not trading return
The sections below form this notice. A more specific transaction disclosure accepted at checkout controls for that transaction.
Shared quantitative information
Algo Set provides standardized quantitative-model signals. The information is not tailored to your holdings, objectives, financial circumstances, or risk tolerance. You independently decide whether, when, where, and at what size to trade. Algo Set does not hold customer trading funds, access venue accounts, or place, route, modify, or cancel orders.
Loss
Trading and event-contract activity can result in loss of the entire amount committed. Do not trade funds you cannot afford to lose. A signal is not a guarantee that a market will move as predicted or that a customer can enter at the displayed price.
Speculative event contracts
Event contracts can be speculative, volatile, short-lived, and difficult to exit. Contract wording, settlement source, dispute rules, market suspension, and venue determinations can affect whether and when an outcome is paid.
Execution
Results depend on customer reaction time, entry and exit prices, spreads, fees, slippage, sizing, liquidity, venue rules, outages, taxes, and other circumstances not captured by model accuracy. A signal does not establish that an order can be filled at a particular price or size. A model can classify more outcomes correctly than incorrectly while a customer still loses money.
Capacity
Set {01} is limited to 100 active paid memberships. Each Set has its own published capacity. One Algo Set account can hold memberships in different Sets, using one place in each. Completing an application does not reserve a place.
Technology and delivery
Market-data, model, publisher, network, device, cloud, venue, payment, and cybersecurity failures can delay or prevent use. A connected channel or ready service does not by itself establish that an active signal exists. Delivery timing depends on the service, network, and receiving device; historical latency measurements do not guarantee the arrival time of a future signal.
Quantitative model limitations
Quantitative methods can be wrong, overfit past observations, degrade as market conditions change, or encounter conditions absent from the training and validation data. Confidence and estimated probability are model estimates, not certainties or guarantees of future events. Validation and an out-of-sample record do not remove these limitations.
Market data and signal freshness
Market observations can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrect, or later revised. Check a signal's publication time, expiry, and current data and connection status when reviewing it. An expired signal or one based on stale data no longer applies; do not treat a delayed notification as a new signal.
Historical results
Historical model accuracy does not predict or guarantee future accuracy, profitability, or customer results. No signal or historical record promises that you will earn a profit, avoid a loss, or recover the membership fee. The Performance Methodology explains what is scored and what the record excludes.
Venue and counterparty
Algo Set does not control the customer’s venue, custody, wallet, order book, market rules, settlement, withdrawals, solvency, cybersecurity, or customer protections. Venue failure or unlawful access may cause loss without practical recovery.
External services
Payment, messaging, market-data, and trading services have their own rules and operational risks. Stripe handles new membership payments; private WebSocket delivery does not provide access to a trading venue or execute an order. Membership approval does not establish eligibility to use a particular venue or contract.
Membership fee
The subscription charge buys access to information. It is not trading capital, a brokerage deposit, an ownership interest, or a promise that trading gains will equal or exceed the membership cost.
Regulation
Venue and product availability can change by jurisdiction. Customers remain responsible for lawful access and their own tax and regulatory obligations.
