With affirmative consent, Algo Set may deliver application receipts, acknowledgment copies, eligibility and decision notices, checkout and payment records, subscription and renewal notices, changes to accepted terms, privacy and security notices, tax records if applicable, and other records relating to the application or membership electronically to the verified email or authenticated account.
You need reliable internet access, a current browser with cookies and TLS enabled, an email account you can access, and software or device features capable of displaying HTML or plain text and saving or printing records. At checkout, open the documents and confirm that you can access, save and print them before consenting to electronic records and signatures. Email verification alone does not give that consent.
You may save or print this notice and each electronic record. Important application receipts include a version and SHA-256 digest so the accepted record can be identified later. Algo Set retains reproducible records for the applicable legal, security, and dispute period.
You may ask the published Support contact for a paper copy of an available electronic record. Any fee and delivery limitation must be disclosed before the request is completed; Algo Set does not currently state a paper-copy fee.
You may use the published Support contact to update your email or withdraw electronic-record consent. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate records already delivered or accepted. Because the application, checkout, and member service are designed for electronic delivery, withdrawal may prevent completion of a pending application or require paid access to end under the applicable subscription terms. Any consequence or fee must be disclosed before withdrawal takes effect.
Required application, account, billing, security, and legal records are transactional. Optional newsletters and promotional messages require a separate optional marketing choice and separate unsubscribe controls.
If hardware or software requirements materially change and the change creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain records, Algo Set will provide the legally required statement of the revised requirements and obtain renewed consent where required before relying on the new method.
