Algo Set is operated by Algo Set LLC, identified with its postal address and contact details above. The applicable agreement version and contracting party are recorded with your purchase. A subscription begins only after the applicant is approved, the applicable versioned terms are accepted, and the enabled payment provider confirms successful payment.
The service provides standardized shared strategy information. It does not provide custody, account access, order routing, discretionary trading, or individualized position sizing.
A current paid membership covers only the strategy Set identified during application and checkout, including the supported assets listed for that Set. Each additional Set requires its own membership unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Sets may be paused, modified, or retired under the applicable availability and capacity rules.
The applicant must be an adult with legal capacity, provide accurate information, use relevant venues only where lawful, and comply with venue, identity, geographic, sanctions, and platform requirements. Approval may be denied or withdrawn when these conditions are not met.
Membership provides a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for the member’s own lawful decision-making. Private signals, credentials, documentation, and feed access may not be shared, resold, scraped, republished, or used to operate an unauthorized downstream service.
The member is responsible for protecting email access, passwords, any enabled multi-factor authentication or passkeys, sessions, devices, and API keys and for promptly reporting suspected compromise. A member must not provide brokerage, venue, wallet, seed-phrase, passkey private-key, or other private-key credentials to Algo Set or support.
Approved applicants pay through an enabled hosted checkout. Stripe handles new membership payments. Before payment, the selected provider presents the total, term, renewal schedule, payment method, and applicable checkout disclosures. Hosted USDC is offered only where Stripe has enabled it. The Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Notice forms part of these terms.
Set {01} is limited to 100 active paid memberships. Each Set has its own published capacity. One Algo Set account can hold memberships in different Sets, using one place in each. Completing an application does not reserve a place.
AWS provides hosting and email delivery. Stripe provides checkout and billing services. Historical provider records are retained as described in the Privacy Notice. Customer-selected trading venues have their own eligibility rules, terms and availability. Algo Set does not access your venue account or place orders.
No minimum signal count, strategy-set count, accuracy, profitability, uptime, or availability is promised unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, member signal board, JSON WebSocket feed, signals and related information are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Except for express promises in your accepted agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, Algo Set LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, that every defect will be corrected, or any particular signal frequency, accuracy, trading outcome or profit. You remain responsible for checking timing and connection status and making your own trading decisions. This disclaimer does not cancel our express service, security, privacy, billing or refund obligations or any mandatory duty of reasonable care.
Subject to the exceptions below and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Algo Set LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business opportunities or trading losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised that such loss was possible. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service or agreement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the fees you paid to Algo Set LLC during the 12 months immediately before the event first giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and the cap do not apply to our fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence; death or personal injury caused by our negligence; amounts we owe as an agreed or legally required refund or payment correction; or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including non-waivable consumer and data-protection rights. If a limitation is prohibited in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent lawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify Algo Set LLC and its officers, employees and agents against reasonable losses, liabilities and legal costs awarded in a final judgment or included in a settlement you approve, arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the service, intentional misuse or unauthorized redistribution of private signals or credentials, or material infringement of another person's rights through content you provide. This obligation applies only to the extent the claim is caused by your conduct and does not cover our breach, negligence, fraud, willful misconduct or failure to meet a legal duty. We will promptly notify you of a claim, take reasonable steps to limit losses and allow you to participate in the defense with suitable counsel. No settlement may require your payment, admission of wrongdoing or non-monetary obligation without your written consent. A good-faith complaint, exercise of a statutory right or disappointing trading outcome does not itself create an indemnification obligation.
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal through Membership & billing or by contacting support@algoset.io. Ordinary cancellation preserves access through the current paid period and does not provide a partial refund, subject to mandatory rights. Algo Set LLC may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access for nonpayment or expiry, material breach, unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, credential compromise, attempts to bypass security or membership controls, or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to resolve a remediable breach; urgent security or legal action may occur first. Contact support to request review. We may also discontinue a Set or end service for business reasons with reasonable advance notice where practicable. If we permanently retire your paid Set without an accepted replacement, or end your paid access for business reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the entire current payment less any refund already made for that payment and stop future renewals. Termination does not erase accrued refund rights, our privacy obligations or your right to retain agreement and payment records. Good-faith complaints, honest reviews and lawful disputes are not grounds for retaliation. Provisions concerning accrued obligations, permitted record retention, liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive only as needed to resolve matters arising during the agreement.
The agreement and disputes arising from the service are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of South Carolina, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would displace that choice. Mandatory protections of the jurisdiction where you ordinarily reside remain available. Subject to those protections, claims may be brought in the state courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, or the federal courts serving Charleston, South Carolina, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. This provision does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in another court that applicable law entitles the consumer to use, including an eligible small-claims court, or from contacting a regulator or exercising payment-provider dispute rights.
Please contact support@algoset.io about service or billing problems and legal@algoset.io about a legal dispute, identifying the issue and the resolution you seek. We will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. Informal discussion is voluntary and is not a condition for filing a claim, seeking urgent relief, meeting a legal deadline or contacting a regulator. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a jury-trial waiver. The parties may agree to mediation or arbitration separately after a dispute arises. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law without reducing mandatory rights.
Material changes to price, renewal, accepted terms, privacy practices, or electronic-record requirements are communicated as required before they take effect. Versioned acceptance and transaction records are retained for the applicable legal and dispute period.
